Winter weddings have a unique charm, and Judy and Chris’s special day at the Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, MA, was no exception. This venue, with its rich history and timeless elegance, became the perfect backdrop for their celebration.

The inn transforms into a magical winter wonderland, complete with twinkling lights, fresh greenery, and festive touches. Guests are greeted by warm, inviting fireplaces, the scent of holiday spices, and a sense of nostalgia that only this historic inn can provide. For Judy and Chris, the holiday decor added an extra layer of warmth and beauty to their wedding. The entire inn was adorned with seasonal decorations, from garlands draped across mantels to glittering ornaments on trees throughout the property. One of my favorite details was the grand Christmas tree in Paige Hall, which you can see in the photos below. It served as a stunning backdrop for their ceremony and added a magical glow to the entire space.

Paige Hall, with its high ceilings and classic New England architecture, was the ideal setting for Judy and Chris’s indoor winter ceremony. The hall was dressed in the inn’s signature holiday decor, creating a cozy yet elegant ambiance. As you’ll notice in the photos, the towering Christmas tree stood at the front of the hall, its lights and ornaments casting a soft glow over the ceremony.
